The Language Key has partnered with TEFL International /Altonka Language School in Cebu, The Philippines to offer their TESOL training course.
TEFL International/Altonka Language School offers 4 week intensive TESOL training programmes for anyone who is fluent in English and wants to become an accredited English Language trainer.
The course includes:
- Teaching Practice
A Minimum of six observed teaching practices to local Filipino students. - Student Profiling
Three “1-to-1 “ training sessions with an individual student focusing on their English training needs followed by a 60 minute session observed by a trainer. - Foreign Language Experience
Receiving Foreign Language training to experience what this is like and how this can direct your own English Language Training. - Language Awareness
How to teach grammar and phonology. - Teaching Techniques
This includes:- Lesson planning
- Classroom management
- Material design
- Correction techniques
- Teaching

Course Fees and Dates
The TESOL course fee is US$1490 and requires a deposit payment of US$300 to Language Key to secure a place. The course will be held on the following dates:

Accommodation can be organised by Language Key and TEFL International/Altonka Language School to fit your needs, whatever your budget maybe. Ranging from rooms in private houses, serviced apartments, guest houses or luxurious hotels; Language Key & TEFL International/Altonka Language School can organise your accommodation to provide you with the comfort you need for the duration of your stay.
